Very unthoughtful I arrived and Jason didn’t recognized me that I am there for 10 minutes after I told him you can at least tell me if I can get my cars oil changed he promised in and out oil change 45 min . He comes back in about the right number of min and says your car is ready but needs tune up and spark plug change I said I did it few months ago here at this location he looks at his computer he says ok $ 99 for the oil change and starts the transaction in the middle of transaction he leaves goes out and I waited another... read more
Jason was fantastic today. Set realistic expectations and was very transparent regarding the necessary repairs. I’m lucky to have a great shop like this nearby
UPDATE 9/10/25: I can no longer recommend this shop. About five months after having major work done on my car, a knocking/rattling noise developed. The shop discovered it was an issue with a part they had replaced (which was still under warranty) —but when I returned, the new supervisor (not whom I previously worked with) refused to honor the warranty and sent me elsewhere.
