I brought my car here because it was jerking, and I trusted them to fix the problem. They said they repaired the issue, but whatever they did had nothing to do with what was actually wrong. When I tried to leave, the jerking was still there — and my car felt even worse, like it was about to fall apart. I've been taking my car here for 9 years and have always had a good experience. I've never had to take the car back in because of bad workmanship. Also, they're never super pushy about stuff I don't need. Jason was super helpful to me today by printing my service records at my request. Thanks for being a great shop!
