I brought my car here for tire rotation, oil change, and oil filter change. I mark my tires with paint letters prior to going into the shop so that I can ensure my tires are rotated the proper way. When I receieved my car back, I was assured all maintenance was completed. When I checked my tires, they had NOT been rotated. No apology. No refund. How am I supposed to trust that the oil change was done correctly? Will no longer return for any car maintenance. Cannot be trusted.
