The team at this location is amazing! I've been met with kindness and proffesionalism every single time. Chris and the team went above and beyond in finding a fix for my vehicle. Unfortunately, they couldn't perform the repair themselves but I made sure to bring my vehicle back in for them to take a look at once I was told it was fixed by a family mechanic. Had my brakes done at a different place and two days later had complete hydraulic failure while an hour away from home… dangerous and scary. This brakes plus was an absolute godsend. They were able to diagnose and fix our issue to get us on our way. They didn’t have my specific brake line but were able to manufacture what we needed. I’m thoroughly impressed with the level of service and very thankful for finding this store.
I was very pleased with the extensive knowledge of the service center manager. The service manager Chris was very polite and he directly addressed the issues that I had with my vehicle front struts and lower control arm bushings/tie rods. He did not tell me that I had to do unnecessary work to the used vehicle (AKA still under factory warranty) like the dealership that I had bought my vehicle from in Arlington, Texas.
