Awesome customer service from Polanco! Brought in my 2019 SUV to inspect a squealing noise that was getting worse. After initial inspection, Polanco recommended the front rotors and bearings be replaced. I agreed and let them do their work. About an hour later, he calls me back to say something was lodged in the bearing because the sound went away. There was no damage, so no need to replace anything.
