Great service! I stopped by to have my brakes inspected cause I was hearing grinding noises from my front left wheel area. I was afraid to even drive home. Right when I pulled up I was greeted with friendly faces willing to serve me. After I told them what was going on, they got my car back right away for brake inspection. The manager Steven went over in detail showing me the brake wear on both front and back brakes. I was then given a couple options and reasonable prices for new brakes front and back. Good customer service overall, Stephen helped us out with our AC service after having issues with it. Works great so far, overall appreciate the help.
Hamza was great! Very professional and made sure I was taken care of. Would definitely come back for future maintenance.
Really need to fix the logic for appointments, I was booked for 10:30 well in advance for day , and they are asking me to wait for and hour after which they will take my car for fix . They really need to learn from Great Clips on actual working of pre- booking appointments, if you are not ready for work keep inform your customer to start late for your appointments. Honestly turning back from this location to another one as this seems to be first step of unprofessional service
