I had a great experience at Brakes Plus. The team was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I understood exactly what was going on with my vehicle. They answered all of my questions, never made me feel pressured, and did an excellent job with the repairs. It’s refreshing to find a shop that is honest, knowledgeable, and truly cares about its customers. I highly recommend Brakes Plus and will definitely be returning for future service!
My wife called and spoke to Mike about fixing something the dealership said we needed . He instantly knew it didnt sound right . He had a lot of knowledge . The lights that wouldn’t come off after going to dealership twice .. Mike got everything fix and no lights showing . Thanks
Very attentive, professional, and punctual.
Mike is the best ! Breaks plus always saves me . So my dealership was telling me a light on my car didn’t mean much and they had my car twice for many days . I called break plus and Mike instantly said those lights aren’t normal ..come in . He found the problem right away I had my car 3 hours later and affordable price .
