I don’t typically write reviews, but this location absolutely earned one. From the moment I arrived, Antoine treated me with professionalism and respect. As someone who isn’t particularly knowledgeable about vehicles, I never felt talked down to or pressured. He took the time to explain everything clearly, gave me an upfront cost before any work was done, and was transparent throughout the entire process, which immediately put me at ease. Had to get my 05 trucks brake lines replaced. They very thankfully used better quality material to replace them and most importantly, the mechanic was very knowledgeable and skilled in the replacement of the lines! All of the staff treated me with great respect and honesty with my situation. I know they are a direct reflection of the owner Mr Smith! I'm an older handicap lady from an hr away, went for an oil change at Walmart, they broke off my oil plug, told me get it fixed bring us invoice!! I was staying with granddaughter while son was out of town for work,know very few people there. called 15 shops no luck and Brakes plus took me in and had to replace my oil pan . I was so distraught! After dealing for a couple of days with some break noise (had me fearing the safety of driving my car) that could not be figured out by another shop, I was referred to take my car to the Hiawatha Brakes Plus. I was greeted by Zoe & Antoine who I could tell was taking my concern very serious.
