I had a fantastic experience at Brakes Plus in Hiawatha! It was very easy to schedule an appointment online, and there was even an option to schedule my service for that same day. The service advisor who assisted me, Emily, was incredibly kind, attentive, and reassuring. All of my questions were answered and she provided valuable info to me. The waiting area is bright and clean, and they even offer free water & coffee. Thank you so much for taking good care of my vehicle!
They do great work and at a very fair price. Would definitely recommend to others. Will be bringing my car back for more work in the future.
My engine splash shield fell off so I called around and Zoe (I think that was her name???) was SO kind, helpful and accommodating. She got me right in and they quickly bolted one back on for me free of charge. I was very impressed and will now return for services in the future. She should get a raise ;)
