I had a terrible experience at a different location so i came to this one and they were absolutely great! They replaced all of the defective parts the other location had put in at no cost to me. Staff was so friendly and honest when it came to my vehicles diagnosis . I would absolutely feel comfortable coming back here! Thank you team at brakes plus laveen!

I heard a scraping sound when i turned thinking it was a scraping rotor and breaks issue I brought it to brakes plus and it ended up being a completely different issue with a fender scraping my wheel, Brakes Plus fixed it for me free of charge and didnt charge me for any extra fee’s or tried to make me pay a ridiculous price for a made up solution. Thank you for being honest kind working people!!
Mr Yoshi was very knowledgeable and professional. I recently purchased new tires and came in to have my vehicle aligned but service wasn’t required therefore I wasn’t charged. Thank you!
