Pulled in this location for the first time. Mike took care of me as if I was a lifelong customer. I was absolutely impressed by the level of of customer service he provided. Definitely recommend this location. I had tires changed, inspection and a 4 wheel alignment.
Mike, a friendly person, even demonstrated the exact replacement parts.
I had another great experience at Brakes Plus. This was my second time coming in, but with a different vehicle, and the service was just as good as the first time. Michael helped me out again and made the whole process easy and straightforward. I came in for an alignment and everything was handled quickly and professionally. It’s always nice to deal with someone who’s knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things. Really appreciate the good service—I'll definitely keep coming back.
