Just met Scott Dowell, the Store Manager at Brakes Plus, and he was just so great! He reviewed my AutoZone diagnostic report and the parts I had been told to buy, then honestly advised me to return them because the car was not worth putting more money into. He saved me from unnecessary parts and labor, recommended reliable cars for my niece, and even offered to inspect a used vehicle before we buy it. Honest, helpful, and trustworthy—I would 100% recommend him!
All the guys working there Thursday morning July 9th are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Repairs done correct with a warranty. Paid $1k+ and still left happy.
Great customer service from the initial call with Chris down to wheel alignment performed. Will be returning 😊
