Not sure what happened with management changing but they are definitely trying to over sell. Quoted me a ridiculous amount to pop on 4 lugnuts. Tried to sell me on shocks and struts with a free alignment for over 1600, found somewhere else todo it for 600 but turned out it was just an alignment issue. The parts they were going to order for my car was also incorrect on their estimate they gave me for a RWD version of my car (which is AWD).
