Found out I had a seized tie rod while getting new tires. Took the truck into Brakes Plus and Josh was able to give me some options that would ensure my safety. While inspecting the vehicle others matters arose that would hinder the longevity of my truck. Thankfully Josh helped me through the steps needed to get my truck in the best condition. He was extremely communicative throughout the entire process and made sure I understood what was happening and why those were issues. Thanks for helping me out!!
Went in for my rotors and breaks to be checked and this location was great in every category! They were honest, efficient , and very informative. Adam in service provides great customer service that other businesses can learn from, a tech named Leo was helpful and performed a great experience in showing the job being done right, and Josh the general manager is a great example of how to treat your guests and step in to guide the teams. Haven't had a auto industry experience like this in a very long time. Thank you guys!

Went to Brakes Plus to have my cars shocks and breaks checked. Aaron helped me get my car serviced quickly and talked me through my rear shocks being blown. I appreciate the customer service and ease of getting my car serviced.
