I am super glad they opened this store out here in west Arvada. The team has nothing short of amazing. Michael B. Helped me understand the needs particular to my vehicle and offered a free brake inspection since they were going to have the wheels off anyways. Not often these days you find a place willing to give that extra.
I came across Brakes Plus after my car brakes were squeaking really bad and really loud one day while driving in the Denver area. They got me in right away, took me into the work area to show me exactly what was wrong with the brake pads/rotors, and were able to change my brake pads and rotors for a reasonable price. I came back in a couple weeks later to get my oil changed and to check some rumbling that was happening with braking. Came in for service on my car as there was a long list of issues. Michael b was absolutely fantastic and walked me through the entire process. Helped calm my nerves about my car and ensured me everything would be taken care of. After work was performed my car hasn’t driven better! Will be returning in the future for further services!
