Great great customer service and super responsive which was so nice!! Just truly enjoyed the experience all around and I felt the prices were very fair! We did a full brake replacement and flush! :)
I went into brakes plus Elizabeth for oil change we were over charged. The manager felt bad for our misunderstanding on the oil change. He gave us a free oil change on our next vehicle so am happy with the service there. I would recommend Brakes plus.

I went into brakes plus Elizabeth and was given a oil Change coupon systing would be 29.99. I made appointment over phone as they said conventional oil was the 29.99 I said put us down on appointment for that. Upon picking up the car the man told me with coupon would be 85.50. For the oil change. I said was told 29.99. He said our car model called for synthetic oil even though the appointment has conventional oil change. Friendly and fast service. John was happy to squeeze me into his schedule and made my oil change super easy. He made sure to include me on a coupon for my oil change i didn’t even know about! Really appreciate these folks and their care for customers.
