I took my car into Brakes Plus. I have a heavy grinding noise. While they check out my car Travis at the front desk gave me utmost respect and satisfaction that my car would be taken care of and gave me a ride home so I wouldn’t have to wait in the shop. I left feeling confident that my car will be handled and I’ll be on the road safely soon!
Travis was very kind and very helpful! Had an awesome attitude when we just needed some air in our tires. Will definitely be back!
Travis was amazing. I had a bad experience at a place in Parker and he eased all my worries and talked me through everything that was wrong and needed done. Cody did a great job on my oil change. 10/10 will be back.
