Fast and extremely friendly service! Unfortunately I will have to edit my 5 star review. Since this oil change my car has been leaking oil profusely. I took it to another shop and they said the oil was over filled, and since the guy talked me OUT of getting full synthetic in my car and just got regular oil, the viscosity is different in the oil, which has caused my car to leak profusely. Should have just gotten full synthetic like I wanted.
I went from ecstatic and wanting to be a return customer to disappointed & Never returning. I was given a Quote where Spencer Walked around my car to tell me Exactly what was wrong. I'm trying to get home to Houston. And it took all of my funds but he worked out a deal to have my rotor and brakes done. I was ecstatic! WHT 2 hours later I was told that my car Actually needed MORE WORK that would cost another $500!!! This is After I have paid for a service that I thought was what I came for... my brakes. This place is amazing great customer service over the phone an even better person my name is Jacob I took my 2012 Chrysler 300 for brake check and when I mentioned I was on my lunch break they immediately offered to give me a ride back to my job, if I wanted to have the front and rear brakes changed and would have my car back within an hr so since I just didn’t have the time today, I figured the least I can do is right and honest review about the great experience I had and can’t wait to go back tomorrow and actually get that... read more
