It is hard to find a good mechanic shop that doesn't price gouge you, but here it is! I took my car in knowing it needed new rear brake pads. My rear suspension air bags had also been making noises, but I chose not to mention it and see if they recommended the replacement of the shocks (this specific vehicle usually needs a new set around 100k miles so I expected it). DO NOT ever go here. I am in the beginning process of filing a civil suit against this store and company for negligence as I am accusing them of causing catastrophic damage to my coolant system. I repeat, DO NOT trust your car with these people.
Absolutely amazing service getting my A/C fixed up when it was blowing hot. I was helped by Rose and she was extremely friendly and kind, she broke down every single cost of the services before they’d even started, just absolutely beyond helpful! I’m a layman when it comes to cars so it really did a lot for me and I appreciate her very much. Super cheap prices as well. Excellent experience at Brakes Plus at Indian school and Jackrabbit in Litchfield Park. They diagnosed and repaired my car’s A/C in less than 24 hours from drop-off. Rose, the Service Advisor, was friendly, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. Dave, the GM, runs a great team focused on customer service and quality work.
Rose is jjust amazing at what she does, I received a ridiculous quote from Larry H miller Ram in Surprise for service on my truck that I bought from them. I saw brakes plus had great ratings and gave them a shot. Man am I glad I did. Rose went above and beyond to make sure she gave me the best deal possible on service saving me around $1k on the the total.
