Needed rear caliper bolts broken loose (very tight OEM, with little space for leverage - so just needed someone with a lift) on my wife's '23 BMW X5. Took it to the Indian School and Jackrabbit Brakes Plus, as I'd spoken with James (Service Advisor) and he told me they'd do that for me. Brought it in, they got right on it, broke those bolts loose (re-tightened hand tight for drive home), and I was out of there in 15min. They didn't charge me anything, even though I offered.
