Bryan was the person that helped me with my service today. He level of kindness was beyond wonderful. My ac was acting up and i had my kids with me. Sometimes the interaction can make the biggest difference. They checked out my car and he was able to keep me updated because it felt like a long time (although it wasnt). I dont even live in the west valley but my car didnt give me a choice on where i needed to take it to at that point. He was a wonderful technician.
Some guy named TJ went above and beyond to help my family in a crisis, its people like him that make the community feel morally stable 🙏
The servicemen are very professional and knowledgeable. They treated myself and everyone that walked thru that door with courtesy and respect.
Alex at Brakes Plus in Goodyear was amazing! He was so kind, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Brakes Plus to anyone needing work done on their vehicle. The service was great, and the wait wasn’t long at all. I dropped my car off around 1:00 p.m., and it was finished about 15 minutes before 4:00 p.m., which was much quicker than I expected. I had the pleasure of being helped by Jim for some important repairs. I called to get an estimate and he was able to provide me honest, reasonable pricing with no surprise costs at the time of payment. The guys were able to get me in immediately and the work was completed in a very timely manner. Overall I felt well taken care of by the staff at this location and I would definitely come again!
