I had a disappointing experience at this auto shop and would not recommend it to others. After bringing my vehicle in for a basic diagnostic, I was presented with a long list of expensive "urgent" repairs, many of which felt excessive and unrelated to the issue I came in for. It quickly became clear they were more interested in upselling unnecessary services than addressing my actual concerns. Dishonest at every turn!
I had brakes plus repair my rear brakes and charged me over 800.00. My brakes were still acting up after that to where I had to push the brake pedal to the floor. I then took to another automotive mechanic and they said there was still air on the calipers. I WOULD NOT recommend getting your brakes fixed at Brakes Plus, as they are overpriced and the quality of work is bad. Heartland automotive charged me 600.00 to get another one of my cars brakes fixed and they work just fine.
Ethan was great! Identified an issue with out brakes which was great. He was also great to every customer I saw him interact with while waiting. Good customer service is hard to come by nowadays. Appreciate seeing it here!
At last! An auto repair shop that is HONEST, caring, doesn't try to sell you things you don't need, does not take advantage of women. They are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and are all about saving me money. I trust them completely. They are also very fast an efficient. Waiting is minimal. Try them, you won't be disappointed.

I had a alignment performed on my Honda CRV by Brakes Plus. It was fine. However, they also stated that the control arm and the front and rear struts should be replaced. Their estimate for the cost, $2,029. Wow! I took the CRV to my trusted mechanic to asked them to confirm the need. They found NO problems with these parts. This shop was started by a former Honda dealer service manager and many of the mechanics now employed by the shop worked for that dealership. In other words, they know what they are doing.
