Absolutely garbage. These clowns are the only guys to ever do a alignment on my truck, from NEW. Obviously their tech tried to force camber/caster adjustment the wrong direction. It wasn’t like this when I took it in. Again, this is the only shop to have ever touch said caster/camber adjusters. I wanted a simple alignment. Easy enough right? Wrong. Only complaint was how the person working on my truck adjusted the seat so much it was like he was sleeping in there. I understand some taller have to adjust to drive, but this was extremely adjusted and my backside nearly at the bottom. The manager should be checking vehicles before the leave. I have 18 years management experience
My dealership recommended a brake flush, but they wanted to charge me double what Brakes Plus quoted. Chris, the technician, had my car inspected and told me it wasn’t worth changing at this time and recommended I wait until my next oil change. I only had to wait a few minutes and I was in and out and saved money! Highly recommend this location.
Can’t thank Jackson enough for the help he provided with my Durango! I was stressed due to a dealership just trying to make money off me & I came in to brakes plus & Jackson immediately helped me with running a diagnostic on my vehicle/ checking everything out ! Was beyond helpful , answered every question I had . Helped me set up an appointment to get my vehicle in ! Overall such a great experience i appreciate his help so much! Thank you guys for having amazing employees who care about customers!
