I absolutely loved the service here it was quick and informative and I’d they ran into some issue they would let me know on the spot rather than just waiting until they are done which helps out so much especially if you’re worried about the costs unlike other places they communicate with the customer so much more 👍🏽
This was such a valuable experience. Obviously unexpected car work isn’t always the smoothest process. But knowing there was an issue Joshua the tech diagnosed it quickly and the time they took to get it back to me was nothing! Grant was so great a the front desk walked me through options and really got me the best deal he could… I WILL BE COMING BACK HERE, these guys care, which the place I went before for breaks didn’t. Give these dudes a chance, great prices better PEOPLE!

I've lived in Firestone for 4.5 years and have been using Brakes Plus for all routine maintenance and needed repairs since I got here. These reps, mechanics, & specialists are AWESOME!!!!! They are friendly, helpful, honest, knowledgeable, etc., and provide exceptional service in a timely fashion. I took my car in to get a free break inspection and quote as I suspected I needed breaks and rotors. I was checked in early and they explained all that needed to be completed on my car. I was able to get same day service and it was very fast! Took about 30 mins and was priced very reasonable! They were all really nice and took time to ensure I understood the why behind everything. I will definitely come back and highly recommend!
