First time visiting this location after my vehicle’s dealership quoted me an extremely high price for some brake issues I was having and Zanne was amazing! He was able to talk everything over with me and explain everything that needed to happen with my car. I will definitely be back! :)
Amazing service!! Super friendly
Friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Never felt pressured. Quite the opposite. Zane helped me keep the repair in budget and the team got it done when they said they would. I love the pricing on the board. Never felt like they weren’t 100% on my side. Would take them my ride again without hesitation. Can’t say that for everyone.
Staff are very attentive, honest, detailed and professional is the best way to describe my experiences at Brakes Plus on Eldorado pkwy, Frisco. Had oil changes, state inspection, fluid flushes and brake job done at reasonable price and prompt service in timely manner.
