Very unhappy I went in there to get my brakes checked out. They were making a weird noise. So they check my brakes tell me I need new rotors and pads 700.00 I said no way I'm not going to pay that. Anyhow to make a long story short I just had my cars oil change 2weeks ago .They told me I did needs new but the brakes were fine I only had 35000 miles on my car. I found out my brakes had gotten wet from all the rain we had. They work perfect now.
ok so 8 months later i was getting a hard brake pedal again , so i called brakes plus . i took my truck in they checked my brakes and replaced my booster again . Thank you Mike for taking care of my truck . It really means alot when your service tech pays attention to needs of their customers .
Brakes Plus employee review of customers – This is what a service manager said about customers on a recent forum. All I have to say is every one that is B****ing either has buyers remorse, or have been fired or just didn't listen to what the person had said when they were talking to the managers. All shops aren't created equal. After moving to Arizona I needed a place to take my car for routine maintance. I was pointed to Brakes Plus on Country Club Rd. They are awesome. Tony the manager was very helpful and took me back to my car and showed me the problems and offered a few different suggestions and prices to fit my budget. I've been back there a few times and every time I am greeted right away and then they take the time to address all my concerns. I trust these guys and will never go anywhere else.
Great Service Brakes Plus has outstanding customer service and they do quality work.
