They will take advantage of ladies that come in to their office. They have over charged my mother and when we called to talk about to got hung up on by 2 different guys. They are full of themselves. My situation had to be dealt with above their heads with cooperate. Fun fun. Don’t go here! Don’t waste your time, and don’t bring a coupon because they will find a way to not let you use it!
I have appointment @ 200pm for oil change when I got there one their employees told me it's going to take 1hour to 1hour and half , just for oil change 1h 30 mn I never experienced service like this I recommend people to not go to this location worse service ever

this place is a scam always trying to charge u for something you don't need I went in for my front brakes and ended up paying $300 for something they broke originally they were trying to charge me $460 but after much yelling and profanities the manager claimed he found cheaper parts bs they charged me full price for everything even though they broke my parts funny. It may seem like great service...but just wait! – Ok, the customer service here was great. Too great! I took my car into Break Plus in April of last year. I had a list of things serviced including a transmission flush. I told them that they would have to use a special order ATF, but they would not listen, they said "oh, no it well be fine." Now, you are supposed to do a Trannie flush every 30,000 mile or so depending on your milage.
