Inbelievably BAD Customer Service I went to the Brakes Plus store at Union Hills and Tatum to have someone look at my brakes, they told me that the next available appointment was three days later at 4:00 PM. I rearranged my work schedule to make that appointment. The person working behind the desk when I arrived was condescending and rude to me almost from the time I walked in. I have been going to brakes plus on union hills for over two years and with the way john and dean cares about their customers i will keep going back. Good, Honest Service I just want to give a HUGE thanks to the Brakes Plus on Ken Pratt in Longmont, CO. When I first moved to this town a few months back I went there for my first oil change, and was very grateful that the guys there (especially Steve) were so nice. So when I needed some more major repairs done I brought my car back in. I'm a broke college student and the guys were incredibly helpful and willing to work with me when I needed it. Great prices and service I can't say enough for how helpful the guys here were. I brought my car in for an alignment ($50, great price) and the starter failed. The guys here not only pulled the part for me, but they also pushed the car into the bay, and then installed the new one for less that $100.

I have pulled and replaced the started on my car twice and this is well worth the cost. They did a great job and worked with me on the part which saved me over $300. I will be coming back whenever I need service.,
