My experience with this business has been nothing but positive. The staff is friendly, they are very knowledgeable, prompt and reasonable. I highly recommend.
The PLUS Is Honesty! Last Friday I had the rear rotors and pads replaced on my '07 Mustang. I was told it would take about an hour to look at my car to confirm that I really did need the rotors. However, despite being busy, a mechanic looked at my car immediately and within 15 minutes was telling me that I did need the rotors. He verified the price I had been quoted a week earlier ($70 less than Just Brakes' price), and he said he'd get it done ASAP. Within an hour and a half, I was on my way home. Major rip off! They lead us to believe our car was fixed. Told us that a tune up and and timing belt replacement also needed to be done. We agreed under the belief that the original problem was fixed. Then they called and said original problem not fixed, have to take it to a dealership, AND THEN CHARGED 600 DOLLARS FOR WORK.!!! This company is deceptive and a bunch of con artists!
This is my second time came back, the customer service was excellent and always friendly. They will tell you what wrong with your car, and it up to you what you want to get it done, you will not feel any pressure here. Please don't take my words; try it out, find out for yourself!!!!
I went in last Wednesday to do an alignment on my xterra, and to my suprise they weren't able to do the alignmemt because pf some parts that needed to be replaced. It was really out of our budget, but the man in front helped us out to get the cost down to a range we could afford. Brakes plus is a real big rip off. They quoted me $100 for my front brakes and I left my truck there. They called me 40 minutes later and said I was looking at $1500. I came back to see what they were talking about and they busted my back brake wheel cylinders to try and get more money out of me. They said the front rotors needed replaced so the front brakes went from $100 to $480. Good thing I myself am a mechanic and knew they were full of it (new rotors are $21 each at the part store).
