Jason and Joseph were very helpful in explaining the condition of the brakes and rotors on our Lexus RX and what needed to be done. They kept us updated and the car was ready when we picked it up. Both of the service advisors talked to us at check-out. I have been to this Brakes Plus several times and I have very high opinion of their service. The team is friendly and professional. They really seem to care about their customers.
Jason got us in last minute and we were able to leave our car while they replaced our brakes and rotors. They ordered us a Lyft so we could take our 2 kiddos to the water park while they took care of our vehicle. We got back and they had us all ready to go. The customer service was top tier!
