I had a great experience at Brakes Plus! Manager Tavin was professional, addressed all my concerns, and answered every question without trying to sell me services I didn’t need. Although he’s only been at this location a couple of months, he’s already making a great impression. The entire staff was courteous and helpful. I’ll definitely be returning for future vehicle service!
These guys are very professional, patient with any questions or concerns and so helpful! highly recommend this location and Jason, especially was above and beyond…he was very kind and down to earth. We will definitely be back!
I had a mixed experience with Brakes Plus. The customer service was great—the staff was extremely friendly, professional, and quick. Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with the coolant flush I had done. Before agreeing to the service, I specifically asked if they used OEM parts and fluids, and I was told yes. I also explained that I take very good care of my Lexus and prefer to keep the maintenance and fluids as close to factory specifications as possible.
