Beware this store! Deceptive trade practices. They will tell you anything to draw in and then convince you that they are giving you some great deal when, in fact, you are still paying the same amount or close to the same amount before tge "GREAT" deal. When a company advertises Buy 2 Get 2 free, you don't expect to be sold 2 items for $275/each and be given 2 that only cost $112/each. That's not 2 for 2. The customer service at Allen is top notch! I went in with some concerns about my brakes and AC and Ray and his team were super helpful. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing help with there car.
We relocated from Plano to Allen this year and have been to this location several times. Ray and his team always take care of me and my family and are friendly and timely! I always trust them with my vehicle when I drop it off.
The guys at Brakes Plus took amazing care of me! They were incredibly professional and performed above and beyond my expectations. I trusted them with my lifted Jeep and I will continue to bring it there for my braking needs! Excellent job by everyone, but special thanks to Jason for making the experience top notch!!
Went to change brake pads as the inspection showed wearing. Manager Jason charged me $ 784.71 for the pads and rotor ($526) $200 for labor, and the $ 22 for fluid without even changing or adding (I told him not to change as I recently changed). He insisted changing rotors which were changed recently in brakes plus in another location. Wouldn’t take out “Advantage” charge as he used all 4 matching rotors! Rip off & I don’t recommend to anybody
Staff was prompt and addressed me when I entered. Staff was friendly but felt pressured to have more done than needed. It cost $167 for rear pads ONLY. No rotor work, no front brake work. Expensive.
