I went to Brakes Plus for a second opinion after another establishment gave me a detailed report stating I needed my rear brakes completely redone (which turned out to be false). I thought it fishy as my car is quite new; however I wanted to be safe rather than sorry. I went to Brakes Plus recently for a tire balance and to replace rotors. The price was reasonable and they even stayed late to finish the job on the same day as promised.
Trust Merlins in Frisco I went to Merlins in Frisco today, just one stop of MANY I was planning to make to get estimates for brakes. I hate auto work - even the dealerships will take you for a ride. Owner and other employees are VERY nice! I went to merlin because they had a coupon deal for oil change. I met the owner and was very impressed at how friendly and kind he was. The oil change took no longer than 20 minutes and the service was great. The prices are not that bad for an oil change, but look for the coupons in your mail!
