Thank you, Bob! I have been to this Brakes Plus Store (#210) several times now and have always been treated very well. Today, however, was by far the best experience I have ever had from any automotive business. I took my truck in for an emergency suspension repair and Bob worked with me to help me figure out the best and least expensive method for repair. Thank you, Bob, for being such an honest, trustworthy person. There needs to be more people like you out there in this world! I highly recommend this Brakes Plus for any automotive needs. You will definitely be given a fair, honest quote!

Inbelievably BAD Customer Service I went to the Brakes Plus store at Union Hills and Tatum to have someone look at my brakes, they told me that the next available appointment was three days later at 4:00 PM. I rearranged my work schedule to make that appointment. The person working behind the desk when I arrived was condescending and rude to me almost from the time I walked in. I told him that I had been in a few days earlier and they told me this was the next possible appointment, He laughed at me and told me that was completely wrong that there must have been some lack of communication. I know what I was told! He asked where I got my car serviced and told me that if I had my car serviced with them I would have known 6 months before I needed new brakes, my husband and I were both offended by his reference that we were totally unaware that the brakes had gotten to this point. I have never been so poorly treated as a customer before. What shocked me was the speed with which your employee had such a sharp come back at my husband. After a brief verbal altercation, we walked out and we will never go back or refer our family or friends to your company. In fact we will do our best to let everyone know how poorly we were treated by your company so they never make the same mistake we did. We will get new brake pads for my 2011 Toyota but you can rest assured some other company will be getting our money.
