Brake's Plus on Broadway, Never again! Posts ➡Wow, I had the absolute worst experience with this Brake's Plus location ever! I went in last Saturday to have an oil change and they were to look at my broken antenna and repair my radio/back up camera/horn which is all hook up apparently together. We have used them last year on replacing our service van brakes on our 2020 Ford transit 250 they did a great job this was back in 2023 I was driving back from the Mountains when my brakes went out on my van drove it to brakes plus they diagnosed the brake master cylinder and brake booster as well first red flag should have been when they said they could not get the parts so I offer to get new oem parts from the dealership I brought them the new parts they installed them and called me back and said that the van was done and... read more
Beware this store! Deceptive trade practices. They will tell you anything to draw in and then convince you that they are giving you some great deal when, in fact, you are still paying the same amount or close to the same amount before tge "GREAT" deal. When a company advertises Buy 2 Get 2 free, you don't expect to be sold 2 items for $275/each and be given 2 that only cost $112/each. That's not 2 for 2. I was able to get an appointment scheduled in a timely manner. They replaced the brake pads and 2 of the rotors...great customer service!
Incredible shop. Nick and his whole team are professional, kind, competent, and trustworthy. They've helped me out with several automotive issues in addition to brake work.
