More than Brakes While the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their service do not expect your auto to be done on time. Even with an appointment there is a delay in getting the service done quickly. Good rates.
Don't take your Mitsubishi Very disappointing. Took in my 98 Montaro for an alignment. They scheduled my appointment for the wrong time (I wasn't the only one). 1 hour after my appointment started I was told they couldn't get some bolts loose. At 1-1/2 hours I was told they didn't have a particular tool needed. DON'T YOU THINK THEY WOULD HAVE KNOWN IN ADVANCE IF THEY HAD THE TOOLS NEEDED!!!!! That's just ridiculous. Had two other vehicles that I was going to have them work on. Not even going to waste my time AGAIN!
After calling around town for quote and availability, I found Brakes Plus to be best option. All the service guys were professional and friendly during my visit. Shout out to you guys steadily busy day in, day out! I mostly dealt with Jesse Strozzi a service advisor who worked within my budget. Thanks guys.
