I've gone to them for a few different reasons. One major repair and two smaller ones. The major repair was disabling to my vehicle, but they repaired it and were clear with what needed to be done through the process. The two other repairs were quick and reasonable. I did not feel like they were trying to up-charge me. I can only speak for this location as I've had bad experiences with some of the others.
We had over $3k worth of repairs done to our vehicle in August 2017, including replacing the timing belt, brakes, struts, shocks, etc. Since then we’ve had to take our vehicle back to have almost every one of those things replaced a second time. At one point, there was a rattling sound in our engine. My husband found enough “extra” parts (bolts, etc) to fill a sandwich bag.
