The staff is always very courteous. Every time I take my vehicle in for an oil change ..they get it done! They do not try and sell me any "extras" I will not go any where else
Most people go to social media to rip or disparage a small business because they believe they were treated unfairly or had a bad experience. Many times their expectations were not in line with reality and the gap between reality and a customer's expectation is usually disappointment. I believe people's expectations have gotten out of line and in many cases is due to a new sense of entitlement. Great service and honest employees 5 Stars
I will never go back to this place. Went in for grinding sound coming from passenger front tire. Was told I needed new brakes and rotors. Had the work done. Left and within a mile heard the same grinding sound. Came back and before I even said anything the service tech said the heat shield must have bent again as he could hear me pull up. I was NEVER told about this after the initial assessment.
