It has now been 6 years and my call to the regional manager #brakesplus regarding my request for a refund has not been returned. They made repairs that caused the engine to blow and did not own it. They broke strut/strut mount when out test driving and I ended paying to have it replaced. They did some work which I paid for but was not expecting extra cost of replacing an immaculately maintained vehicle. When talking to them it is never their fault. They are the worst and a waste of time. I had an obvious problem with my brakes. It was making a grinding sound just before I come to a slow stop after getting it up to 30 mph. They told me to come in and they'd check it out in 30 minutes. I was there an hour and a half before I had to remind them that they've had my car forever... They handed me my keys back and said they could find nothing wrong and couldn't get it to repeat the sound. They expected me to leave. I expected to get a report about the brake inspection.
