Dan helped me out from start to finish. He got me in on short notice and my brakes were finished in a timely manner. He was very transparent and honest the whole time. He definitely went above and beyond for me and I will be back for any future work my car needs!
Amanda & Dan were awesome! Stopped in for a metal-on-metal noise & both helped to get it fixed quickly. Very courteous. Would highly recommend this Brakes Plus based on just these two & their professionalism.
They have very little knowledge and must not have a simple checklist or order of operations. I got my front wheel bearings replaced a few years ago on my 2007 Chevy avalanche. A year or two later while getting my oil changed, they told me I needed my front wheel bearings replaced. I told them I just got them done not too long ago to which they paused and somewhat re-tracked then told me only the part was covered under warranty and the thousands in labor wouldn’t be. I came to this location for an alignment. I love how there was a drop box for your keys. Envelope with a pen was ready to write all details down of what is needed. The shop was short handed but Shawn handled it all very well. Phone calls were answered and customers in the lobby were assisted. My pick up time was later than I hoped but I was flexible.
