Dripped car off at 11:00 a.m. to have rear brake pads installed, was told they were busy but would have it done by end of the day called at 3:00 when I still hadn’t heard anything they still hadn’t let Ike’s at it, went down at 4:00 so I could get my keys before they closed . Honest and trustworthy! Extremely pleased with the service I received from Brakes Plus today. I arrived for my scheduled appointment and they got me right in. I went to another mechanic shop first and they wanted to charge me a fortune. Cory looked it over and got the work done for less than half what the other place was going to charge me. They called me with the price before they did any work, and now it runs and drives safely again. I went in to have an oil change i had to wait at least 15 minutes before someone came at front to take care of me, and the guy told me we're full for the rest of the day, but it you make an appointment for tomorrow we can get it done, well later i called to make an appoinment next day at 2:00 pm next day i showed up and what a surprise when the guy told me we're behind let me see if i can get you in, what an unprofessional place, what whas the point to made a reservation, just a waisted of my time, never go back to them....
