I recently needed to have an alternator replaced and they were able to do it in less time and for less than other mechanics I had gotten quotes from. They were exceedingly flexible with the timing as I had to have my car towed rather than making an appointment. It was remarkable service that was light years ahead of my previous mechanic. Thanks guys for all your help!! I’ll be seeing you soon for the rest of my repairs!!
Andy was good today
Hard to speak on the entire shop but Andy and another guy who seems to be management (didn’t get his name) of the location are horrible. I brought in my vehicle for a brake inspection decided to do them elsewhere. As soon as I went to work on my brakes I realized my OEM regulated tool that came with the vehicle no longer fit on lug nuts that I was able to remove with the same tool 2 days prior to plug a flat tire.
