I initially went to Les Schwab for a front end alignment, after they gave me an appointment. After I declined to buy their tires, they told me they would not work on my car because it was too difficult. this is a 1963 impala. I took it across the street to Brakes Plus. They took my car in with no hesitation and did a fine job. Plus the staff was very friendly.
I took my vehicle in to have an alignment done. The technician loosened up several bolts throughout my undercarriage. Some of these bolts have never been touched and some of them have been removed and installed with Loctite. The resulting damage was over $1,000 in repairs. I would recommend steering clear of this location. Unless you wanna pay for a bunch of repairs after they do the work that they're paid to do.
These folks took me in today with no appointment on a very busy day and bent over backwards to help me out and all with friendly smiles. My car is over 20 years old and had some difficult issues and they took very good care of it and very, very, reasonably priced. Excellent people!
