I have nothing but High Praise for Lou, Steve and the rest of the crew at Brakes Plus on 90th street. There professionalism and attention to detail is A+ . They got my car diagnosed and fixed the problem with my brakes and even went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was in a safe working condition. I made an appointment online for this place. I went in today and they told me they couldn't get me in. I had to go somewhere and pay twice as much, so now I can't afford to go out tomorrow for my birthday dinner. At the very least they should have called me since it was obvious I couldn't get in.
