On two different occasions I have walked into Brakes Plus and both times was faced with the same guy at the front desk. He’s exceptionally unfriendly, rude, and makes you feel unwelcome. I asked if they had time today for an oil change or could I make an appointment for later today and was told “well are you gonna leave your car!?” I asked, “can I not wait, Will it take a long time?” To which he unprofessionally responded “I have a lot of cars back there for people who actually made appointments.” Who speaks that way to thei... read more
RecommendedI came to Brakes Plus in Papillion after I was told by another service station in the area that I needed 4 new brake pads and rotors. Brakes Plus did a whole vehicle analysis and recommend I replace the rear pads (rotors were fine, front pads good). Very grateful for their honesty and great service.
I came in yesterday for an oil change & was told I would need to make an appointment. so I made an appointment for today at 4. Came a little early & was told I'd have about a 2 hour wait. The service guy was not very customer friendly at all. I asked if he had anything open for Friday he told me 3 pm. I asked if I'd get in at that time & his response was "can't guarantee it". They saved me $70 from what Jensen quoted me. They also discovered that my rotors didn't need replaced. They provided more services for less money. In addition to all of that, they were able to diagnose a completely unrelated issue for me that I was going to see about later this month. I'm very glad that discount tire recommended them to me. I will be recommending them to others.
Will not go anywhere else. Amazing staff and crew. Fast at job but not lacking in quality. Fair pricing too.

Took my truck to be aligned by them on Saturday. Found out that it needs more work than just aligned. Called today to figure out what side they had said needed work and the employee “couldn’t” tell me. Got the response of “well when you were called Saturday you should’ve been told” Ya that’s great but I wasn’t!! 🤬 Not a great first visit and probably won’t be back.
