I've been treated honestly and fairly every time I've come here. Went in yesterday for an oil change and told them that we are taking a 3 week road trip starting Friday so if they see anything to let me know. (Scary thing to admit to a mechanic.) They did the oil change and recommended..... that they change out my windshield wipers. Done and done. They could have told me anything, and they chose to be honest. Thanks Guys! I'll be back, but hopefully not too soon. :)

Brakes Plus just lost a long time customer. I took my truck to these guys yesterday for an oil change, pre-Easter trip brake inspection and alignment. To my surprise, I was told that I needed four new rotors, all new pads, and that my master cylinder was leaking. The reason for the surprise is that this truck barely gets driven and has an average milage of less that 10k per year. I was also informed that the alignment could not be performed due to my bushings and some other suspension issues that would cause it to "not hold"... read more

I went there and had the best experience with a tech named Paul he was awesome ping introduced himself to me took me back to my car explained and showed me everything the that was wrong with my brakes on my rotors and explained what afterwards what would be the best bet and since I was on a budget with money we worked out a pretty decent deal and got me going on the road within an hour and a half or so cuz it was a Saturday and they close at 5 so you know they were pretty busy but I had an overall grade experience there and ... read more
don't waste time trying to get your vehicle aligned at this shop, look elsewhere.
I had an oil change done over the weekend and asked them to check on a concern that I had with my engine. Since I was the one who brought up the concern, they easily (and most places would have, especially being a single woman at a repair shop) could have said, yes you're right. ANd I would have done it and paid the $700 bill for it. Instead, the manager had them check and the mechanic and the manager explained to me that there was nothing wrong and that my car engine is doing great and appears very well maintained. All I have to say is every one that is B****ing either has buyers remorse, or have been fired or just didn't listen to what the person had said when they were talking to the managers.
