Leon was very helpful and went above and beyond for us when we showed up at his shop with an engine misfire. We are from out of state, only in the area for a visit, and it was after hours. He was honest and fair and took the time to explain what/why he was doing and he had it fixed in an hour. His prices were more than reasonable, as i expect other places would've taken advantage of our situation. If my family lived in the Hanover area, I'd definitely take my vehicles to him regularly.
I Googled mechanics is the area. Read through Brakes and More reviews and instantly thought I needed to try them. I took my car in for brake service. Leon called and said what is it you said was wrong with your car. I thought great what else is wrong. I was hearing a grinding noises after a rainy day, Leon told me I had another year before I needed to replace my brakes. Any other mechanic would have changed my brakes and sent me on my way. I appreciate the honestly and friendliness.
This is the first time I’ve ever felt listened, heard, and taken care of by a shop. Shops in the past have dismissed me and have tried to overcharge/take advantage of my lack of car knowledge- not here! As long as they are open, I will go here to good and honest people that can be trusted to do great, quality work!
Hands down the best shop I’ve ever taken a vehicle! Leon was very upfront and honest about everything that needed done and did all of the work flawlessly! I will never take my vehicles anywhere else!
They were amazing. They helped me in an emergency with my car and were able to get me going and fixed with my alternator. Kind, and I truly appreciated their professionalism. Thank you
