Best mechanics in Michigan! Hands down. I bring my car 65 miles to Brakes by the Bay in Harbor Springs because I trust them and they do great work.
The worst service I have ever experienced in my 55 years. They have had my daughters Jeep for over 3 months, yes 3 months and no effort out of shop manager to get work done. It is not driveable otherwise I would have gone elsewhere but they guaranteed they would work with warranty company. Worst business in northern Michigan
