Good service, good price, quick
I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I came here after the dealership told me brakes would cost a much higher amount. Price was a huge factor as was quality and honesty. Braxton is the real deal! He should be a teacher. He explained everything, was honest and even showed me my car up on the rack as it was being worked on. He I felt taken care of and safe to get back on the road. He puts customers first. And the prices were much lower but same quality as the dealership. Thank you, Robin High.
Braxton at Brakes 4 Less was awesome! He clearly explained the repairs, was upfront about what was needed, and there were no surprise charges. Honest, professional, and true to their advertising, recommend!
I was in a few weeks ago for a scheduled appointment. I have a truck and the shop told me after 2 hrs they had a vehicle stuck on a lift due to busted lines. They only have 2 capable of lifting my vehicle. I watched others wait and given discounts if it took longer then expected..I ended up getting pads cause they where still under warranty..but after 3.5 hrs wasn't offered any discounts just apologized and gave me a quote for 800+.
