The Service from the Manager Tim was outstanding. He didn't try to over sale me like i was prepared for . He told me just what i needed and thats it . The mechanics were fast and courteous...I would go back and send my daughter are wife alone because I can trust the Manager Tim not to sale them something they don't need...Definitely 5 stars

No better place to go to! Lamar Nelson, I couldn't describe a better word than commendable at his work, profession, and heart. He took the time to listen to my needs in a way most people wouldn't. The crew is very good and professional as well. My guess is the great management under this company. I wouldn't even give them 1 star, but that is not an option. I had all new rotors and brakes replaced by them. Shortly after my brakes were already squeaking. I went back to the west Ashley location( for them to forget about my car all day) I finally had to call them only for them to say no one had even looked at it. I give 0 stars. I was there an hour and a half before they took the car in and then they were very very slow working on our brakes. We were there 5 hours and when I got home I noticed that one of our wheel covers was missing because they had not installed it back on good enough but when I called them back they didn't seem to care. I would not recommend this location to anyone! I am going to tell everyone I know to stay away from Brakes 4 Less !!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I went there to get new brakes on my car, just to end up having the wrong brakes on my car.

I went in this morning to have my oil changed and my brakes fixed. New rotors and pads amongst other things for about $300.00. I had my car back in a few hours. The manager was there, and he called me to inform me what the problem was and to give me an estimate. When I picked up my car, he showed me my old rotors and pointed out the defects. I'll be back again.

Here's a shocker: I actually ENJOY going to Brakes 4 Less to get my car taken care of. I can joke with them, Ricky has a great since of humor, and the bill is always minimal. They have a great customer service which is something you don't see much of these days.

Full disclosure: I am a teacher (read: tiny budget) and almost no knowledge of how my car works (something about gas and an internal combustion engine.) I never get anything fixed unless a light comes on or I hear a loud, unpleasant noise. So when I walked into Brakes 4 Less, I was filled with trepidation. Would I be ripped off AGAIN?
