Took my car to Augusta Brake for less this morning. Good customer service. Made me feel comfortable when I arrive at the shop. Before they begin there work I was explain about the work they were going to do. I was very happy with the work, and I will surely return if I have any more brake problems. Chris
I had a great experience with this establishment. I went in thinking I needed brakes the staff drove my vehicle and did an inspection (for free) and told me I still had half of my brake life. Good to know it’s still honest people in the world. I would recommend them to all family & friends.
I brought my vehicle to Brakeway to have them install brakes and rotors purchased at both Autozone and Oreilly. The first trip I brought Bosch rotors and ceramic brake pads and had Brakeway install them for a price of $100 plus tax. After having them install the back brakes and rotors I noticed a squealing noise a few days later. I called and they informed me this was normal and to wait until I get several hundred miles on them for the noise to go away. After waiting about 1000 miles I returned to Brakeway. If I could give zero stars I would. Had all the back brakes and routers installed. They didn’t install them correctly. After a month of squealing I took it back. They said they didn’t find anything wrong. Like an idiot I let them install the front brakes and rotors too thinking maybe it was just the brand of brakes and routers I bought. TOTAL RIP OFF!!!! HOW ABOUT NO STARS.... WHEN HE QUOTED ME A BUNCH OF BULLSHIT THAT I DID NOT NEED AT ALL AND TOLD ME WHAT THE OUTRAGEOUS PRICE WOULD BE..... $652 FOR THE $309 PACKAGE MINUS 1 ROTOR....
