I noticed a nail in my tire and was losing air fast. I called Brakepoint to see if they could fit me in, and Chris, whom I spoke with, was very kind and told me to bring it right up. They were able to patch it up and didn't charge me, which I was not expecting. I was so taken aback, but appreciated it so much. I highly recommend them for services. Thank you again.
I cannot say enough good things about Brakepoint! Totally professional staff and they did the repairs on my Transit right away since it’s my only work truck and I needed it for a business trip the same week I brought it in.
