I had what I thought was an issue with my brakes - that turned out to just be the ABS - and the really sweet guys working at Brakemans took it for a test drive, checked out the brakes, and explained to me that my car was fine & the ABS was just kicking in on some hard stops! They didn’t even charge me. 1000% recommend, you can tell these are really wonderful people who take pride in being fair to their customers and supporting them!!
Had a great experience. Excellent pricing, transparency, communication and speed. Will be coming back again hopefully not too soon tho. Plus a family owned business. Highly recommend.
Our 2010 Honda sounded a little noisier than it used to out on the highway. Brakeman’s took it out on the road and performed a safety check at no charge. We really appreciated this and will consider them for future work on our vehicle. This shop does not do exploratory repair work.
I am SO happy that I found Brakeman's auto repair. It is always so challenging to find a place to take my car that feels like I am not being told false information. I have had many instances where I questioned if what I was being told about my car was true. However, Ray was honest and his pricing is very fair. He didn't push me to get things done on my car that weren't necessary. I dropped my car off and he called 30 minutes later to discuss my options. His work was prompt and my car feels brand new. 10/10 I highly recommend... read more
Very efficient, the owner showed me my parts and the car is driving smooth for now and he also explained other diagnostic work that .might need to be done down the line. I appreciate him getting me in on a short notice
