On Monday, July 17, 2023 - a Brakefield technician came and serviced our pool at 5:30 PM. At 7:30 PM I went outside ready for a swim only to be confronted with black spots in the bottom of my pool. At first I thought it was algae so I tried to scrub one of the spots. It didn’t come off, nor was there any change to the spot. This was concerning to me so I texted Jay Brakefield himself.
