I have used Brakefields pool service since the winter storm in 2019 or so. They serviced my pool when they were just starting their pool renovation and build side of the business. The quality was great when Jay was servicing the pools, but it has decreased to match the level of other big names. We are so grateful for Jay and his team! They truly go above and beyond, it’s not just about pool chemicals, they genuinely care about their customers. During the recent ice and snow storm, they helped winterize our pool, which meant so much to us. They’ve also stepped in when our contractor accidentally cut our internet, getting our equipment back online and up and running quickly. They’re always responsive, quick to answer questions, and consistently put the customer first. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them!
BPS has serviced our pool since the day it was built several years ago. They are consistent with their weekly service, they provide suggestions for preparing for inclement weather, and they quickly responded when an unexpected Texas freeze and electricity outage caused a PVC line to break.

We only had chemical service. But we were billed multiple times for full service. Tried to call the number and no one ever answered. The owner is very rude over the phone. I requested to speak with him. Zero response. Look elsewhere. We figured out how to take care of the pool ourselves. We all have to be cautious with out investments. And this is not the company to do that with.
