Feeling taken care of for multiple reasons: 1. Affordable: They changed my catalytic converter(s) and break cylinders for less than half of what two other places quoted me. 2. I don’t know whether the management changed or not, but this shop used to be great. They used to treat customers with respect and be very forthcoming about everything. The owner Mark seems to not want to keep both his employees or his customers anymore, with techs quitting, not rehiring new ones, and consistently lying about availability for a simple oil change or brake pads. They almost doubled their prices on oil changes, and each time I call, they don’t have any availability for 3-4 weeks. It’s really a shame that this sh... read more

They stuck to their estimate and kept me informed on their progress. Repair costs very reasonable.I am am very happy with the repairs they performed on my 2007 Camry. Highly recommend the team at Brake Zone in Hazeldell.
I thought I would leave a review as I've used this shop a few times now, they do good work, I had to edit my previous review though. My last experience going to these guys was not great, called to schedule an appointment for my truck for an issue, was told on the phone I could bring it in.
