I went to get an oil change at this business. They told me that multiple things were wrong with my car which was working perfectly before this visit. I did not authorize them to fix these repairs. Instead I said to do the oil change and that was it. Instead they took it upon themselves to "fix" my car and put me $260 in the hole for repairs I didn't authorize.
