Told the car was ready for pick up, this happened 8 times, and while waiting witnessed the owner giving parts to a friend to sell at the auto swap meet. It seemed these parts were being removed from the cars being serviced and replaced with lesser unoriginal parts. They damaged the transmission while repairing an oil leak that after 8 days of keeping the car, they still had not fixed correctly. They damaged several other pieces of the car. The best decision I ever made! I have been a customer at Brake World for several years. It's hard to find trustworthy mechanics. In the past, I have taken my car for repairs, thinking I know what is wrong, and they fix what I tell them; I assume what they fixed needed to be fixed. On many occasions, the repair was minor; sometimes on the house. I am always please with the service and the Owners are very friendly.
