I had an excellent experience at Brake Time Auto. Joe has great communication, provides fair pricing, and does good work. I especially liked how he took the time to explain what was going on with my car. I would recommend his shop to anyone looking for a good mechanic.
I had the rear brakes on my Toyota Sienna fixed at Brake Time this past weekend, he did an awesome job! I like the owner Joe, he is super honest and knows his stuff. He was able to explain everything to me and gave a fair price. The work was done quickly, and the brakes work great. What I like about Joe is he doesn't try to sell you things you don't need. You can tell he cares about his customers. If you're looking for a trustworthy shop in Sac, I definitely recommend Brake Time.
My Mazda 3 2015 had handle break issues. I stopped by the shop made an appointment and in the same day it got fixed! Great service! I like how he communicated in a very professional but relaxed way. It was easy to understand and he seems to be a very honest and trustworthy person. Considering doing other fixes here in the future!
I had and great experience At Brake Time Auto Repair Shop. Joe was absolutely amazing. He Took longer and really did a full diagnostic to figure out what was going on with my vehicle. Once he figured it out, he did some shopping around and was able to get me the best deal without trying to sell me things that I don’t need.
